Plans for the weekend: Today D and I are going out to dinner with another single mom friend and her D. We haven't gone out with them for a while now because I couldn't stand how the D ran the life of both her and her mom and the mom was okay with that. We're trying again to see if maybe she's matured and not so bratty. Then we're taking the girls to the puppy store to play with the puppies.
Tomorrow H will pick up D in the am, then we're all going to the roller skating party the school's having. Then he wants us to go out to dinner so we can talk. He wants to talk about things he's been thinking and also about things I expressed Monday (I guess he's concerned). I'm not holding my breath for this to happen, but it's nice to know that he's initiated this again.
Before the skating party, it's clean the house and do laundry. Fun fun!
Hi all, my 10 year old niece is just about to start surgery to remove the cysts in her jaw. These cysts have dissolved 1/2 of her jaw as well and the rebuilding surgery will be in a couple weeks after she heals from today's surgery. I'm asking if you can please keep her in your prayers for a wonderful surgeon and quick recovery.
Thanks WCW! After sending this prayer request, my sister tm'd saying they're putting in a temp plate in her jaw today in order to keep the gum from collapsing. I'm a basket case.
