In keeping with the recent financial appraisal that basically offers very little to her, my STBXW filed an emergency motion for tomorrow:

1. to have me thrown out of the house
2. to have temporary sole custody of the children
3. $25,000 in legal fees

Prayers...now...I need prayers.

I've caught up somewhat on your situation. Amazing that people we love or used to can act this way. It sounds like you have a good attorney but I can't imagine being in the same house with all that venom.

I simply do not believe the Judge will allow this AT ALL.

I agree with your attorney, most Judges will not over rule anothers. Especially in something as trivial and crazy as your wife is making up.

Grasping at straws? HA! There are no more straws for her even to suck it up. She now must just deal with what she caused.

Life is getting ready to crash all around her, you just make sure you stay calm and keep that wonderful good head on your shoulders....and of course keep your combat gear on for all the fallout thats about to blow to bits!

We are all waiting in anticipation in hopes of having a little Schadenfreude. I think the judge should swiftly dismiss her BS emergency motion. It would be more just if there were some consequences for filing such a ridiculous thing.
