I've spent the past couple of days reading and posting on the WAS Script thread and found myself becoming very negative. So much that today when Jody, my DB Coach, asked me for some things that I liked about my W my mind was blank. All I could think about were negative things, words, comments, actions, etc. Not the kind of thoughts I need to have about someone I want to spend the rest of my life with.
I see the value of the WAS script conversation as it helps us see that we are not alone and that there is a script. I get that - but for me I need a PMA in order to get through this.
So tonight I want to turn the page and focus on the positive things so they are in the front of my mind. You are welcome to join in (not about my wife) if you would like. Here are five things I appreciate about W:
1. Always has a smile 2. Never has met a stranger 3. Loves to laugh 4. Always puts kids first (Different than what I said yesterday I know) 5. Amazing determination 6. Gives until she can give no more (think she is at the no more point currently) 7. Intelligent 8. Knows how to count better than me :-)
