I fought as hard as I could and spent money I did not have but my marriage will come to an end legally in 3 to 4 weeks. Here is where I will post from now on and I will try my best to help others if I can. So many have helped me here and I would like to give back!

Thanks everyone! I went out tonight and bought some nice "girly" stuff for my kids bathroom. A new shower curtain, new bath rug, and towels. They should be really suprised by that. We will be starting our new parenting schedule this weekend. So I have my daughters Friday through monday morning when I take them to school. Then I see them again monday night for a few hours and then I have another over-night on wednesday. It is not complete 50/50 joint custody but I am not paying any child support and neither is W. It will suck not seeing them every night like I have since they were born but they know I love them.

The first set of papers have been signed by both of us as of today. Will be filed today.

I had a great 4 days with my kids this weekend! I spent more money than I have though, dang credit cards! The good thing is I am taking 1/2 of W's 401k and 1/2 of her pension also. But I owe my lawyer 3k. I would still rather have my family back together but atleast I am going to be ok.

W picked up the kids from me at my apartment last night and she showed up with a bag full of new clothes for the kids. Kinda strange but she did it so that she would not have to pack clothes for them twice a week. Seems like divorce is just not convenient for her?
