If she is going to D me, why does she want to be on my health insurance? How long would she want to be on it for? I am a bit perplexed by that request. If she isn't going to play the married part, why does she want the married benefit?

I will answer yall's other questions in a bit.

Kevin

Because she is an opportunist cake eater!

It has nothing to do with her hinting that she wants to be married!

This is a fine time to show your W gentle consequences.

She had the opportunity to accept a stable, non-contract position just last month WITH benefits and she chose the high paying contract job instead. Her choice to make but one that does not come without consequences. Her higher paying job won't be quite as attractive once she is shelling out a large portion of her take home pay to become self insured. This is a very good chance for her to see that you will not be her safety net when it suits her.

I would tell her you would be happy to put the children on your benefits package but that is it. Once again she is attempting to have the perks of marriage without being in the marriage.

Provided she reimburses you for 1/2 the difference between single and family coverage .....

Kevin...I really hope you are not considering putting her on your insurance!

I may be thinking of someone else but didn't at one point she have you on her insurance and drop you, without telling you until it was done.

OHHHHH YEAH!

The "Since we are legally married..." is BS! I would fire back with "Since we are legally married why are you having affairs and sleeping with OM(men) while still 'legally married'?"

Yuck Kevin. Its completely disrespectful for her to even ask!
