GAL = doing healthy things that YOU enjoy doing. Each persons is different.

I find a balance:

ME time/ family time / social time

ME time:
Ride my bicycle. Going fishing. Going to a movie. Going for walk/run/hike

Family time:
Board games with kids/video games with kids/ reading with kids/ playing catch

Social Time:
Dancing/ playing pool / having friends over for dinner
