Read another book today and it had a really good quote in it abut detaching. Something along the line that detaching and separating while difficult is an opportunity to restart you relationship fresh and a new later.

Feeling unsettled this morning. Feel like I am losing control.

I know shes going to try to see a lawyer today. I didn't get to meditate yet and I am at work o its going to be hard to find the time and space.

The OM is out of the picture, at least for now. He's picked up another girl who's his own age.

Should I be pushing her out the door?

I have gotten better about GAL and detaching. Tonight I am going to remove a lot of my ability to check on her online activities. I simply don't want to know anymore. Removing the ability to check it will help me detach.

I'd like her to change all her passwords but I don't want to tip her off at the same time.

The less I know the better.

Can you really detach and be separated if you live under that same roof? I'm striving to do this but its really difficult. It would be so much easier if she was just gone.

But is that something I really want to?

As long as I remain distant and detached does it matter? Does living under the same roof under these conditions improve or degenerate the chances for a possible reconciliation later?

How long does one allow ones WAS to live under that same roof before they put their foot down and say GTFO?

I have the finances now so I'm effectively in control. She can't really cake eat to much at the moment.
