Just a quick update to let you good people know I'm still alive and kicking.
Quite a bit has changed since my hiatus from the boards... not so much in my situation, but in my mindset. Long story short, I've come to accept that there's nothing I can do to change this situation, and that the chances of me saving the relationship are getting slimmer by the day (zero contact for a prolonged period of time, combined with W still being with OM don't help these matters). But I've nearly saved myself already, and I suppose that's what is most important.
Once these thoughts and theories become more concrete, I will post them here.
For now though, I hope everyone is enjoying the holidays as much as is possible and is looking forward to a new year. I know that 2013 can't be much worse than 2012 was!
