So you all know I've been pushing through and going after all the stuff that I want in my life, yatta, yatta...anyway, I think I mentioned I finally got my driver's license and yesterday and a couple weeks of negotiating with a private seller and got my car and drove around to do the regular chores of daily life...it's been 20yrs or so and I couldn't take the smile off my face...keeping at it.
I couldn't agree more with Cadet... Making your way one goal at a time...is keeping on the path of putting one foot in front of the other. The future becomes more reachable and the past becomes more distant. Congratulations.

Haven't been around for a while. Things are still moving forward - have been driving for a while and now it's second nature. Friends now call me to pick them up in times of need. My ex-step-daughter calls me to pick her and her friends up when mom and dad are busy (and on a side note she wrote a hell of a happy father's day post on my facebook page). Work is going very well, I've done my second sprint triathlon, the weight gain is going great - added 18 lbs so far, joined a sand volleyball team...if I just took care of myself like this before the D there may not have been one, but I know I needed it to be woken up. Heart stuff is as it always has been but it is not holding me back in other parts of my life. That's all for now....
