So yes it is a guess, but as you read all the forums and the different stories you can see their is a defineable script that they go through.
It could take 5-7 years or more.
That is why the advice is to work on you.

Pmac, I ran through your thread - what has stuck out for me is that you have said a whole lot about what your ex has done, why you think she did it, how you think she feels, etc. I have not heard anything about what role you felt you played in all this. Whatever she did she didn't do it alone.

Take some time to think of your role.
