Thanks for your support Limbo, especially in light of all you're going thru. It means so much. Just listen and validate when your H seems so depressed "I'm sorry you feel like that" pops out of my mouth most frequently. I've learned not to disagree to try to counter my H's statements about how bad/stupid he is - he feels as if I'm placating or condescending. Depression is a major part of this process they are going through, I think, and you can't really help him right now. But like Thumpered said, call 911 if he seems too bad.
