Hi AS, i don't know what the issue is because nothing is communicated. (A common theme throughout the marrige was her inability to communicate what she wants, I was supposed to telepathically know). W also changes week to week, by saying she will only talk to me with her lawyer present, then the next week texting me to meet up and discuss some kids points or schedule/holiday topics. Like tomorrow she wants to have a little chit chat when I pick up the kids.
The only real disagreement is that she wants more custody and both kids registered with her to which I say no and that it stays 50/50 (court mandated) and 1 kids is registered with her and the other with me (normal proceedings here).
She had wanted to meet with both lawyers present but I said no and would rather the meeting was with specialised mediators, however also explained that I didn't feel a meeting was necessary if we both respect that we have (in different ways) both our kids best interests at heart.
I haven't even heard back from my own lawyer in over a week now so I really have no idea what's going on to be honest..
