It actually felt like being in a church service! One of the speakers is a pastor, and then we use another pastors church, so there were two pastors preaching during half of it! It was an uplifting meeting.

I found jeff Bodine's monavie testimony, along with some others. If anyone wants to watch it, it shows Jeff's crash, and I can't believe he is alive. you at least have to see that, it was unbelievable how bad the crash it was.

Glad things are going so well with your business, that's wonderful to hear. Sounds like things are going better with your H, too. Your patience amazes me (you've seen my lack of it lately in my sitch). You're a great example.
I've heard of Jeff Bodine and remember that crash. Don't know him personally (he's kinda one of the "rockstars" of racing and H is more in the league of "garage band" right now ). But I will have to listen to that testimonial next time I'm on my computer that has sound.
Sounds like some good positives with your H too, hooray!! Gotta love those. Hope you get more of them very soon.

Thank you Nikki for your post! I was hoping to hear from you soon. How are you doing now? Probably didn't expect to get stuck on the rollercoaster again huh. that really sucks. i was on it too for a long time, but it didn't have as many highs and lows. So you are a great example to me too.
I kinda screwed up the other night. My H was on the computer for a while, so then when I got on it was late. So then I'm up teaching my aunt how to sign someone up and it's 12:30am and H walks out wondering why I'm not in bed yet. bad girl bad girl.
Then yesterday was really bad. well, not horible, but haven't had a fight in a long time until yest. So, I'm at Lowes looking at paint and other stuff and I forgot my paint info at home. I'm about to leave and someone says hi to me. Didn't recognize, but remembered him. He was checking out, so I started talking to him about Mona Vie, and he talked about his business. We probably talked for 5-10 minutes, and right b4, H text me. I took 8 min to answer, but in the meantime he calls and I push the button to go to voicemail, since I'm trying to explain MV. well, then he calls again, and is totally pissed that I did that. He said he could have met me there and we could have test drove a car (had planned to that night sometime) but now i screwed it up because I didn't answer the phone that was important. Important that he not go home which was 10 minutes out of the way. That is not important to me in my opinion, but I think it was what happened the night b4 that triggered this.
Soooooo, I say that in my opinion it isn't a big deal about the phone, and he said it's rude, so I say Okay next time I know to always answer the phone no matter what. I tell him also that if he's talking to a client he wouldn't ever answer. But he said that's different. i said, it's not because this is my business and I'm trying to work too. Then he said, well your business isn't doing us good then.
ug. He ended up getting mad at me again cuz I forgot to get the name of the car place when I drove by since he asked me to. So then he's throwing the phone book around (not literally, but on the floor when he was done) and cussing about it. Then we're in the car and he's still griping and asks me a ? and I don't answer and he gets totally pissed, and I say, well either I gonna bust up laughing or start crying so I'd rather not say anything.
Well, I end up doing both. Then he said, I didn't mean for you to cry, I almost feel like I'm going to cry. I told him what did he want me to do, go back in time and fix it? I already told him I would answer the phone each time in the future, so why keep yelling at me about it.
I didn't handle it as good as I should have. Not sure what I should have done, okay, yes I do, I shouldn't have stayed up on the computer all night. I'm sure that caused the whole thing.
BUT....he ended up getting all over me about two hours later and I said, I thought you were mad at me and he said, no and proceeds.
So, I am still learning my lesson. Only be on the computer when H doesn't see me. hahaha!

Welp, now my H left a few hours ago. we were suppose to go out for my bday, but that's okay. he driving all the way to terrell TX...4+ hours away to buy a grand prix. Hopefully it's all they said it was. Seems like a good deal, got them down to 8,750 and it's an 02 3.8(heard good things about that engine..okay, my H has, not me) GTP, with leather moonroof, very clean 77k miles. It books out 9,100 for the trade in, so I figure we're doing pretty good even if it's not in "perfect" condition as it's been stated. retail is 11,150 on nada and 11,900 on kelly.
It just sucks that he has to drive all that way to get it. Now I'm here painting the house. But he DID call me "pretty girl" when trying to get me to hurry up today....so very happy about that...then told me he felt bad leaving me here and not helping me, but he already did a lot, helped tape, got all s3 furniture out by himself.
So things still good. Still need to figure out how we can have fun together w/o just ML. It's almost like that's the only thing we have in common! lol

it is now 2:50am. I am worn out! Painted one front room wall, then the other wall in a different color, then painted the nook, then painted the ceiling in s3's room. oh my gosh I'm going to die now!
I'll let you know if I'm alive tomorrow. or if I wake up. haha

I'm still alive. actually, still feel pretty decent. Not sure if I like all the painting I did, but I guess we can always paint over it later. My H picked out this burnt orange, almost red color for the living room. It is the hardest color to match. At least our living is very open to everything else, the dining, nook, kitchen, so it doesn't close in the room.
My H text me and said finally at the dealers and the car is "phat" . Yes, he thinks he's a black man. haha, jus kidding. So I'm very happy for that. Now we have to deal with the auction he won on ebay last week for an identical car. The guy had good feedback, but we asked for more pictures and it didn't look how he described it, so H wrote him and said we can't buy it. Very nervous about that. I don't think anything can happen except H get a "nonpayment" thing on his record and the guy could leave bad feedback. Still, I hate doing that, cause I know the guy is out some money for listing it.
