I NEVER know when my H is coming home.....it's different every night but usually I am in bed...something wrong with that... i would love to give him a massage after he gets home....

I seem to have a bad part of the day when it turns dark and I settle down on the couch..Then my mind starts wondering....not good DBing...

Ingrid - I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 turtles and a gecko----yes, they're not supposed to be all mine, but I'm the only one that cares for them. Two of the dogs are half lame (over 10 years old), and the new one (2 years old) has bilateral hip dysplasia and isn't supposed to walk too much----funny isn't it???

I know I should just jump on the treadmill! Maybe it will be easier when we thaw out and can go outside again.

It's 9:00 and I haven't eaten any crap today..................just scooped it out of the cat box. Off to see my doc this morning. My one month trial on the additional AD is up, don't know whether to continue, or not...........wish I could grind them up and put them in H's food, maybe it would help him more............oops, not supposed to mention him here..........

I noticed that I could eat everything in site from 4 - 7. So, I started eating smaller meals every 2 hrs. Not really meals I guess just eating something. I've been doing it this week and notice it has helped.

I have a slim fast or oatmeal for breakfast, piece of fruit or yogart 2 yrs later, slim fast for lunch, fruit or yogart around 2 and again around 4. Then I eat a little something at supper time but try to not eat after 7pm. Also, been trying to drink at least 8 cups of water daily. Lost 2 lbs. this week!

Thats Great Soonerlady! I love the slimfast...I found that the slimfast optima makes you feel full longer....

I had a slimfast for breakfast and a special k bar for snack and another slimfast for lunch....I am going out to eat tonight! Looking forward to eat, but I wont over do it!!

Good for you Kissak!

I try to remember how well I've done all day and not blow it at night. The weekends are hard though. I seem to do better at work so I guess 5 days of good and 2 days of bad is better than 2 days of good and 5 days of bad.

I will be getting a lot of exercise walking in the marsh hunting this weekend with S15.

It's Monday!! I am ready to get going.

I got up this morning and stumbled across a workout on Discovery Channel that I used to do years ago. I watched for awhile and then backed up and paused the DVR, got dressed, and did the workout. My legs are so shaky I had trouble going down the steps, but I feel good for having the motivation to do it.

I plan to walk on the treadmill in a bit, and eat right today!!!!!!!!

I changed my diet around a lot in the last two weeks and I have been feeling great.

Every morning, I have cream of wheat and it keeps me so full until dinnertime. I will have fruit mid-day, and in the evening I will eat a balanced meal--salad, meat, and maybe some more fruit and I am stuffed!

When I started this, I noticed my system really went into overtime and it seems like everything was being emptied out of my system several times a day! It was like this for over a week but I feel so much better. And I feel like I am losing weight and I do not feel that bloated feeling either.

Good for you DI;

I haven't been able to get to the gym this week so I've done my bender ball program at home..it's an ab workout and butt and thighs...i've lost 10 pounds so far..I wouldn't suggest losing weight this way though...I just don't eat much or I can't eat much when I do sit down to eat..My AD's are a suppressant...I really don't need to lose weight I just want to tone...but hey,,I'll take it..I'd like to have that high school body back. LOL!! I guess after 3 kids, 3 miscarriages, kidney stone surgery, gall bladder removal,endometriosis, a hysterectomy (when my H decided to sleep w/ OW while I was recovering) and countless other minor things I'm doing good.. LOL...

Everybody sounds good and motivated today. That great!

The 3-6pm is a killer for me too. I've found that as long as I've eaten breakfast and lunch I can usually get by with some fruit. When the cravings kick in I either do some crunches or go for a walk. It seems to help. Anything physical you can do to help boost your metabolism will carry over. I have a weight lifting or stretching class 5 days a week starting tomorrow. That just leaves the weekends.

Dancing of any kind is great!

I have had a few carrots just a little while ago to keep me going until lunch...not sure what I will eat for lunch....maybe a slimfast and a banana.
