Ready, I am soooo jelous. That is beautiful. I love to go backpacking and see where the trail takes me. I will have to get out that way some day.

As far as your earlier post about spouce completing us. For the longest time my STBXH did complete me. I thought he was my soul mate. Then I began to rely on him to complete me and that is where my troubles began. Instead of becoming whole for myself, I became dependant on him. It was only after he left me that I was forced to fill in the missing pieces. Hope that makes since. He physically left me in March, but had been emotional gone for at least a year at that point. This last week has been the first time ever that I have not missed him. Guess that's what happens when you let go.

I am so glad you got your babies back at your place. Hug them, kiss them and tickle them whenever you can. They can see the strength you carry and the love you have for them. Have fun and enjoy each moment you have with them.

I needed to see this today. Thanks for sharing your journey, and how you are feeling. It is a comfort.

Hey friend, just wanted to check in and see how you are doing. Hope all is peaceful in your part of the woods. I'm thinking of you.

Good morning,

W is hurting. W is just confused. Patience....

Thanks for the thoughts!

Kids had soccer practice last night. 2 Hours together as family (W and H not interacting). Nice that the kids can move back and forth between us....

Ready - I just read through your sitch. I'm sorry to hear you're at this point -- much worse than my sitch, but I think I'll be there with you soon.

Anyhow, you sound strong in your posts, and you seem to have good focus on the DR activities. Best of luck -- and keep focusing on you and the kids!
