sigh sigh..the last time i was in Vegas was approximately 2 years ago -- ok February 2007 to be exact...it was the "i hope i can rekindle" trip...i used money that i had saved away --- and he lost it all at poker.
have fun trusting...wish i could go. one of these years (hopefully sooner than later) my savings will be back where it is suppose to be and i will actually be able to do something fun for just me....ahhhh yes. that will be a very very good day.

Thanks everyone, looking forward to it. The last time I went to Vegas was 2 years ago. My ex paid for me to go with a friend of mine. Little did I know he wanted me out of town so he could bonk the OW. I remember missing him so bad on that trip. This trip will be different. I am in a different place. He will no longer rent that kind of space in my head anymore.

Don't you think about that stuff T. I hate those ugly memories. He treated you badly but you're done with that. You're tough. Just forget about that and have a blast in Vegas. Good luck on the tables! Take some pictures of you and your buds having fun!
What about seeing a show? If you plan ahead you can often get into see some top quality shows, if that's your thing. Pricey. But very memorable.

ok ok one more stupid sad thing...when we went t- you ready for this. we went to the billagio(sp??) and stood in front of the fountains...the song?? it was "hate to say good-bye" or somethingl ike that...I had tears streamin' down my face...
