How comfortable are you being friends with someone you are not attracted to, but who might be interested in you?

On the other hand, if you start as friends, and feelings develop, it will give you reason to file.

Most of us guys here are jealous that he gets to take you out. ;-)

Well, I gotta call from my H last night. I had told him about a week ago we had some taxes due. He called to see how much money he needed to deposit for me. He also asked about DD's homecoming ceremonies. He wanted to know if I thought he should buy a new suit to walk her during the ceremony. I told him, "No, yours will be fine, it won't be the dads that they are looking at. They will be looking at the beautiful girls and theirs suits." I let him know it wasn't about him!

I haven't heard from him since last Friday night when we went to to the game. Funny, how always seems to find a reason to call me... I was nice, but not overly and I was the one to get off first.

I can make it with him or without him, I hope he is realizing that.

Hi Yoyo and everyone in the Playhouse,

H and I are in Wyoming. We drove around Grand Teton National Park a little bit yesterday just to get a taste of the scenery around here. It is magnificent. We saw lots of elk and the most beautiful lake with a backdrop of the Teton Range. Tomorrow we will drive into Yellowstone National Park and see the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, which we hear is really nice. I'm taking pictures, but probably won't be able to post any til we go home. My husband climbed to the top of the ski mountain behind the hotel today. Now he can barely walk. I hope he will bounce back by tomorrow.

Hi Mattie,
Homecoming is next Friday. We picked up her dress from the dress shop yesterday from getting alterations. She is getting so excited! Monday night there is a dinner for the homecoming royalty and their escorts, then Tuesday they have a breakfast. Thursday there will be a breakfast for the royalty, all football players, and spirit squad members. Friday there will be a school wide assembly in the gym where the girls will wear their long gowns and be escorted by the senior football players. That night they will wear their suits and hats and be escorted by their fathers, etc. My daughter asked her father and grandfather (my dad) to escort her. It will be a whirlwind of activities. Oh to be young again!!!
