Hey FG! Hope you are having a great day! BURRRR....only 8 degrees outside? You should come here to the coast, we had a high of almost 70 the other day...but it will be in the 40's tomorrow.

Hope you are doing good.

Yea, I remember the cold days and nights!

I have to tell you, when we were back east, it was really cold but there was humidity and moisture in the air so it did not feel as cold as it does here where we have no humidity/moisture.

FG, how's the weather your direction? My H is headed that way, should be hitting the state line about now. Sure would be nice to hear from him.

The snow hasn't started yet, but it's supposed to within the next couple hours. It's quite cold here and the news said we're to expect this coming week to be the coldest in 5 years. Fun. NOT! \:\)

Cold weather--I am ready for Springtime!!

We are used to going from the house to the garage without having to go outside and that means putting on a shirt, pants and flip flops but when you have to get out of the car, you soon realize that it is 39 degrees outside and you think, why am I dressed like this???? That is what living out here does to you-lol!!

LOL MWG!

We're about 5-6 inches of snow now and the weather said it's not going to stop until later tonight and snow again tomorrow. The guy upstairs left me a note saying my snow blower isn't working. I'm a bit ticked by that since it worked just fine last night! I called him like he asked and it seems he broke it by working it the way it wasn't supposed to be worked. Now I've got to have someone look at it and I'm sure that'll cost a nice penny. I wish he wouldn't even use it. It's not his and he didn't offer to have it fixed. I plow the elder neighbor too and won't be able to do her property now.

What's the guyupstairs using to clear his snow now? Since he borrowed and broke your snowblower you could see if he wants to borrow your shovel now to clear your sidewalk. \:o

I don't think this subzero for a high is all so bad. I barely got cold at all when I went out this morning in my bathrobe and winter Sorrel boots to start my truck. (pretty picture!) I started it plenty early to defrost the windshield because I broke a wiper and have to get it replaced today. Yes, I am being girlie and taking it to the dealer because e v e r y time I try those wiper blades kickmybutt!

Actually, my uncle started his own business last year and he plows. I work with my aunt (his wife) and asked her if he could look at the snow blower. He went by my place and plowed the WHOLE driveway PLUS got the blower to have it repaired. I called him and told him how awesome he is. I love my family! \:\) \:\) \:\)

I dont miss the cold and snow. It is suppose to be in the 50's today, but it was in the 20's overnight. D4 is actually outside playing with no coat. I can't wait for spring.
