Kerry,
we are careful beavers, have been injured before, no one can touch us now... (damn!!! \:\( )

PS Greece is great to visit with a sailing cruiser (I am not sure that's how you call it). Like one you hire with a group of people, not a huge cruiser. Those only take you to the most commercial places. Of course with the kids, it's a good solution. Still, when you decide to come my way, let's talk before and see if I can suggest a few things. Think of late June, maybe early July or late August.

Kalni -

Will they have "all you can eat Taramasalata" on the sailing cruises?

This is the brand that is keeping me alive right now...

If you come here, I'll make my mom make you some (I dont like it much and dont make it \:\( ) and THEN you will be in trouble.
She makes the best I've ever eaten (and I dont like it much I repeat)...

Looks like XW has gotten her lawyer involved in trying to get me to pay for all of the kids extracurricular expenses. They sent my lawyer a letter (which he sent me) asking him to ammend the already signed divorce judgment to contain such language as they say was mentioned in court. They included the court transcript, and the way I read it, my lawer only agreed that I was paying for those extracurricular things "right now". Nothing about the future. I will talk with my lawyer on Monday, but I am sure he will agree they have no legal grounds to force me to pay for everything. I dont even think they could use the transcript to change something that is already signed.

I am sticking with my fair division of financial obligations for the kids extra activities. That still puts me paying almost twice the amount for those. There was no way I could continue with paying for all expenses much longer - I am digging in to my final CD savings right now so as to pay for my taxes (no divorce bailout). I am sure X will be upset, but she will get over it and realize in the long run that paying a portion of her kids expenses will make her feel more proud later on. But then again, her previous actions seem to indicate that of a gold digger with no conscience.

Kerry, Looks like cake eating again. Your W has destroyed the family unit, squandered your life saving, is living an adulterous life in front of the kids and still wants to siphon out some more from you. Sadly the "no fault" laws allow this. I often think that people like this should be kicked to the curb with just the clothes they have on and nothing more.

hey Kerry,

I am sure X will be upset, but

That line speaks volumes to me.....I know it is just one phrase in a long post, but it is the one that grabbed me.

In spite of all the wrong that our exes have done, we still do not want to cause any hurt or make any waves.

Wonder if that is a Gemini thing Ali?

You're a good man Kerry...hope your "girlfriend" feels better soon!

Hi Fb2 - it does seem the life is not fair in that she is rewarded while I am financially punished. I've heard from friends that feel she should have gotten nothing for what she has done.

Hi John - girlfriend is feeling better and is coming by this morning. We are taking the kids to an indoor swim park after some dim sum.

Kerry...stand firm. I know you will. Do what is right for your kids but NOT AT THE EXPENSE OF BEING FINANCIALLY ABUSED.

I say again....sadly, I am more 'senior' than you here, but, I learn from your courage everyday.

Stay tuf.
