UPDATE!!! Stepson told Dad no. So this makes Memorial Day, Father's Day & 4th of July without any of his kids. I took some 'kiddie' fireworks by for my gd since I though they weren't going to be here. Now they may, after all.

Thanks everyone for the party tips. Good ideas on recipes.

Jack, Bravo Foxtrot is, as another DB'r suggested "Deployed to the Land of Oz, there he is the NCOIC of the f@@king flying monkeys." My house is in the middle of the Ouachita Mtns., which unfortunately is the kind of remote site of many a zombie horrer movie mayhem. Said BF is now planning a trip to San Antonio ( another town he hates) to see a horse show ( the man is afraid of horses)
Seriously, won't even feed them through a fence.

Punkin,

When Cat said they're not the people we knew she wasn't kidding.

My H hated shopping with a passion. Apparently it is a passion of the ow's and she has him out shopping his a$$ off. Can't imagine he'll put up with it forever, then again maybe he will...

Thank you all. It will be a great party. I'll see to it. My oldest son (34) is bringing home a girl to meet the family FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. He has always said since he was very young that he "would never get married, because he wasn't going to share his stuff". I think we may be switching roles. If my M ends with a D, I'm not sharing my Sh@t with anyone. I've been thinking less and less of WH, at least on favorable terms. I'm really looking forward to Sunday.

I have to babysit Friday night while daughter #2 drives with friends to see the late showing of ECLIPSE. I kiddingly told her to get another babysitter, I was going with her. I like cute guys without shirts as well as the next girl..

Okay guys, rein me in! I quite by accident got the OW's Email address. Oh, the wicked things I could do and say. I'd like to remind her that she will no longer be with the big dog at the Army Base, she'll be with the 100% disabled, totally retired, hates crowds, hates eating out, hates people, and that I'm going to take him for every dime he's worth.

Stop me before I ekill again!!!!!

Delete it.

Fully, honestly and truely delete it all.

Go to your sent folder as well if it was an email and delete it.

Punkin - If you are tempted to email her, Jack is right DELETE the email. I have had OW's email, address and phone numbers for months and not once was I tempted to use it...she is beneath me, I wouldn't even spit on her.

But everyone is different and emailing her could give you momentary satisfaction but only pain in the long run IMO.

Thank you, thank you. I knew in my heart that was the right thing to do, but the little devil sitting on my left shoulder was whispering all the things I really wanted to say to the little B@@ch.

I've about come to peace on a settlement with my WH. He may not like it, but he won't like being hauled to court on adultery charges with a list of witness, including his son and daughter-in-law.

I don't know that I'm ready to sign divorce papers, but that doesn't preclude a settlement of property, does it?
