It is the weekend and again H has made no plans to do anything with our Daughters, this makes me so angry. I try not to let it bother me so much. I think it drives me crazy because he is just living this care free life right now, no resposibilities. He goes to the beach and who knows what else he is doing on the weekends, but he is too busy to bother with our Girls.

That was a strange visit from husband, He just came in the house for a minute while dropping the girls back off from their weekly visit. He was actually pleasant and flirty, he even reached out to touch me, he was smiling and laughing, stuff I have not seen him do, at least around me in a couple of months now. Don't know what to make of it, So I will try not to think too much about it.

Meeting with my Lawyer tomorrow to go over things I need to know for the upcoming Support hearing. Getting a little nervous, I have no idea what to expect. Tons of paper work I need to gather.

Hey Shelby. Just checking in to say hi. When is the support meeting? I know it can be something that makes you worry but just think of it as another step in the process to D-town.
Well the Lawyer decided to cancel the support hearing that is scheduled for Oct.
See my soon to be ex, has been paying all the bills still, everything, morgage, phone, electric, gas, the girls school and dance, everything. and my lawyer thinks right now he is paying more than I could get if I went for support. '
I do meet with him again in a couple of weeks to see what is next.
my concern is how long can/will this go on for before my husband decided he has had enough. I guess my lawyer will have to write something up to make this all legal.

Hi Shelby, Im sorry I havent read your thread. Just noticed thought, a similarity. My XH also paid all the bills and in fact was very generous until February when it became apparent his real reason for leaving - an A. He then stopped paying and I have only now had my first maintenance since then.
Definitely get something in writing and if possible, can he pay things in advance for you?? I have been left with enormous bills since he stopped and my credit rating is now pants!! (bad!!)
