Time for me to start a new thread. Starting to feel like I have enough threads to sew a blanket! Grateful for this site though, to keep me sane.

Thanks Seeking for the visit. Nice to hear someone else doesn't think I'm just paranoid. Having to check email/write from work now until I get moved into my new home, so I may be sporadic.

I named my new thread for my favorite line from the movie, Finding Nemo. When things get tough, I catch myself saying this under my breath.

There is a Festival in town this weekend, so I may keep busy. Arts & Crafts, Bands, Stunt bicycling shows, etc. If so, I'll catch back up with everyone Monday Morning. Have a good one!

I must say, I say that line a lot also from Finding Nemo. I Love that movie, and just absolutely love Dori (ellen D.). I think her cartoon character is the best part of the movie!
Just keep swimming!!!! and hope you have fun at the festival.

Found an antique mirror-huge- with beveled edges and etching around the border for $80.00. Also bought an oak vanity table for my new home at the local A & C Festival. Thrilled! Feel like I'm emotionally letting go of the home I have jealously guarded - XH's dream - for the last 10 years. Ready to move on and enjoy my OWN life.

Have a great weekend everyone. I AM!

Punkin,
Sounds like you got a bargain on the mirror. I'm sure that once you have moved into your new home, everything will fall into place for you.

Enjoy your weekend!

Punkin,

Great price on the mirror! I love old mirrors and have a number of barbola framed ones in my home.

So glad to hear that you're enjoying your weekend!

Punkin I knew that once you got going with new home/new decor/making it all your own you'd really start to flourish. It's very empowering, isn't it, to be making these choices for your new surroundings and new life. It's scary, but it's empowering. Tonight I finished putting in all my vegetables, and my 30 x 15 foot garden is finished. This was a RUIN for the past two years. Now it's beautiful. I hooked up the sprinkler and just stood there beaming. We are doing it, Punkin!!!

Just checking in with you all. Have to get to work very early to get some online time. Everything is going AWACBE. The bank had the house appraised yesterday, so it's looking like I can close on it within the next two weeks!

Someone actually came and looked at our house. First ever! They really liked it, but no word yet on an offer.

Later.
