Thank you Busting!

The interview went well, I got a lot of positive feedback. She loved my shoes , commented on my eyewear, and even jewelry ! I had asked if their was a dress code.

Good thing, there is a spa so I have an in! The schedule would be regular with the exception of picking up a shift (requirement). I confidently gave her a number when asked.

She said she would e-mail and if it works, I would come in for a working interview. That's a new one! I like it though, for I can really see if it is a good fit.

I have to really think about the 5:00 A. M. shifts though.

It would mean getting up at 3-3:15.

Now I know this is very short term, maybe two or three months. So I could do this.

I liked the facility, and I liked the spa.

I hope I hear back from the one closer though...they will have many opportunities for a slide in position. Also a plastic surgeon , who does nice work comes with that position!

Heading home from school now. TTFN

One day at a time, one moment in time.

Sounds like the first interview is very promising. I worked the hours that you may have to work and they can be brutal if the weather is nasty, but look at the flip side, you are home earlier in the day...but it could be a temporary schedule and once you've gotten your feet "wet", so to speak, you might be able to change your hours to a more normal schedule.

Continue to submit your resume. The more you submit, the more chances you are of finding that "perfect" position you would love to work.

Good luck!

Aaaaw thanks guys...

Really this is just temporary until I pass boards and do laser. This is to fill in some gaps and get my foot in the door.

I have work today and tomorrow. Yay!

Dance tonight at a new Venue for two weeks...I'm kind of excited about it.

Got lots of compliments from the women at work last night. They have been so supportive. As a class, they are really terrific...I'm the oldest in it and they have embraced me .

I will miss them in a month or two, they kept me on track.

Today:

shower

Ambiv, I do hope you will get the job soon. I know how it feels. I’ve been looking for a new contract for a few months now and I get discouraged sometimes. Keep up your positive attitude and I’m sure I will get what you want.

Dance was fun tonight, bottom and legs VERY tired. Friend coming in to work tomorrow.

I have a HUGE mess to work on in the house. I feel like sh!t, this year has just been wonderful...the number 13 really has meant something this year.

I'm so ready for it to be over. What really stinks is I only have so many years left, and he got the best...now he's wasting what could be some really fun years.

Sometimes I just hate him, and want to slap him silly. Other times I just pity this stupid behavior. Here I go again, down the damn coaster. Never liked them, wouldn't ride one, and now I can't get off...UGH.

I really don't feel Christmas and I don't know what to do family wise...s I g H
