Steve, thank you for your concern. Nothing happened because of the meeting the other day. I've just been busy. honestly nothing really much happened yesterday I don't know why they called it the final divorce hearing. We basically agreed that the parenting plan has been working out fine and then went back and forth about the financial affidavit. I'm going to be resubmitting a new financial affidavit. The court says they are going to recalculate Things based on the updated financial affidavit. Had a different judge yesterday which I did not like, as the first one has been good so far. Ex-wife stared at me a lot during the meeting yesterday. I kept catching her out of the corner of my eye staring across the courtroom at me. she has been frequently in my social media pages. no communication from her though. Other than that all is quiet

My screwup - I wrongly assumed something else happened. Clearly I missed or just forgot about meeting someone a few weeks ago. It seems like you handled the hearing well. It us possible W is getting second thoughts. That doesn't mean she will change her mind but stranger things have happened. Just keep moving forward

The rope gets easily dropped when there is someone new in the picture. It's gets picked back up so quickly when that rebound is over. Just be aware. I have seen it more times than I can count on here. That's why it is usually not advised to date until after you are divorced and have done some considerable healing. But everyone will do what they will do. Just be cognizant of this.
