I do have an idea of your feelings and thanks. I was once where you are, I know what you are facing. I receive much hard earned wisdom from many good people and could not accurately express how much it helped, there was just too much going on in my mind and heart.

Cycles go up and down but the net direction is forward DV. You are there. Feeling the rales of the let go. The feelings are true. Face them to acknowledge that.
